The Seabeck Conference Center dining room seats up to 250 people for family style meals. It is a place where our groups gather three times a day for conversation, making new friends and eating delicious meals. There is a large stone fireplace, sound system for announcements and a piano.

Seabeck Conference Center has a variety of different meeting spaces. Meeting rooms are included in the price of overnight retreats. Some of the lodges have their own meeting room including Spruce, Pines, Reeser, Maples and Firs. Day use rate for the Meeting House and Pines is $250. Colman Center, Juniper, Rhododendron and the Lounge are $100.

Built in 1857, this building has been lovingly restored and serves as Seabeck's largest meeting room and auditorium. The first floor has a stage, sound system, Blu-ray player, ceiling-mounted projector, large pull-down screen, piano, fireplace and wooden floors. Restrooms are located in an adjacent building and there is a water bottle filling station. The first level of the Meeting House is handicap accessible.

Upper Floor Capacity: 60
pines
Finished in 2022, the Pines main meeting room has lots of natural lighting and electrical outlets, attached warming kitchen, woodstove, sound system, and large video screen. The upper meeting room is smaller and also has lots of natural lighting and electrical outlets. The views from both meeting rooms are beautiful and are both handicap accessible.

colman center
Built in 1979. This two-story multi-purpose building contains a carpeted meeting area on the second floor and a craft area on the first floor. The meeting room has a wall-mounted flat screen for presentations, a piano, kitchenette, water cooler, and bathrooms. The craft area on the bottom floor includes sinks, craft tables, cement floor, and garage doors which open up to an outdoor patio.

Lower Floor Capacity: 40
juniper
Built in 2014. This meeting space was completed in 2014 and has carpeting, ceiling fan, kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave and sink, water cooler and two large tiled bathrooms. There is also
a wall-mounted flat screen for presentations. There are multiple French doors that open up to a large outdoor patio with seating and connects with the Inn porch. It's a great place to gather during nice weather. This building also has air conditioning.
Room Capacity: 60
rhododendron
This building is 25' x 66'. It will hold approximately 120 chairs theater style, or 24 - 6' tables with 72 chairs. There are carpeted walls for hanging items, multiple large whiteboards and two pull-down screens. The second, smaller portable has multiple bathrooms and Seabeck office space. There is a handicapped accessible ramp for access to both portables.
